The red hot lava spills into the cold blue sea. It hardens into black rock. When shoots of green arise anew, another volcano in the ring erupts.
The land roils, crackles, and rises.
Seabirds sometimes land. Whales pass by. Few animals live here but those who may take to the air and sea.
Visitors fly over in helicopters or watch lava sizzle into the Resume Sea from nearby boats. The land inspires them with wildness.
